By downloading, installing, or using MacKitty ("the Software") or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
MacKitty is provided to you free of charge for personal and commercial use on macOS devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer closed proprietary assets or distribute malicious repackaged binaries.
3. Software Operation & User Responsibility
MacKitty is a disk management tool designed to inspect and purge safe cache artifacts (such as Xcode DerivedData, build intermediate caches, and Homebrew package archives). Prior to any deletion, MacKitty presents an interactive Triage screen where you retain absolute control to select or unselect any folder. You are responsible for reviewing the items selected for purge before confirming cleanup.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While MacKitty implements rigorous safety bounds (never scanning or deleting personal user documents, photos, or Git repositories), the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Software.

We may update these terms or the Software from time to time. Updates will be reflected directly on this page with an updated effective date.
